Easy Returns, No Questions Asked

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the freedom to return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. Whether the item didn't fit quite right or didn't meet your expectations, our hassle-free return process ensures a smooth and stress-free experience.

 

How It Works

1) Initiate Your Return: Log in to your Eveyil account and select the item you wish to return or contact us to create a return request if you don't have a account. Follow the simple steps to initiate your return request.

2) Pack It Up: Securely package your item in its original condition, including all accessories, tags, and packaging.

3) Label Your Return: Print the prepaid return label provided. Attach it to the package, covering the original shipping label.

4) Drop It Off: Simply drop off your package at your nearest post office or authorized return location.

5) Refund Processed: Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return.

 

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging ((if the item had tags when you received it). As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products so don't be worried if you receive an item with no tags on. The item must be in its original condition with no visible damage)).
  • We do not charge restocking fees for returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as undergarments, swimwear, and pierced jewelry, are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Eveyil does not offer exchanges on International orders.

* Please note that to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN/UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return *

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.

- Refunds will be actioned within 7 business days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

 

To Be Noted

  • Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Eveyil items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
